I have just been watching Jamie's Super Food on Channel 4. I love the fact that Jamie is back to cooking. This is what he does best. I loved the recipes, but he hit on one of my pet hates. Chefs love to de-seed tomatoes. Jamie did this today for a lovely salad and I completely agree that the seedy watery mess would have spoiled that salad. However, this stuff is full of flavor and fiber.Jamie at the same time was putting together a black bean stew and you could have easily added the seeds to that for additional flavor and to avoid waste. I don't like great flavors being wasted.

Just my two pence worth, but that's what blogs are there for - right?
